Role and Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing UX flows and user interfaces that satisfy the requirements provided by the Product Owner and Lead Designer
- Distilling abstract requirements and UX problems into tangible features
- Reaching out to stakeholders and developers to better understand the UX problem and limitations of the code
- Working through complex UX problems with the design and development teams and leaving no stone unturned
- Communicating your design solutions to the developers in great detail, including well-articulated requirements and UX artifacts such as flowcharts and diagrams
- Designing high-quality user interfaces and building prototypes that convey the interactions
- Providing ongoing support for the development and QA teams throughout the design and development processes to ensure a smooth delivery
- Conducting various forms of research to ensure that the designs satisfies user needs and iterating the design as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Having 3+ years of professional experience in the software/digital world.
- Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your work
- Proficient with design and prototyping applications such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Have a wide range of design skills and want to continue growing as a designer
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment and want to contribute to the team culture and workflow
- Have a broad understanding of web/mobile UI standards, usability, and practical experience designing user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications
- Welcome big UX problems and are self-motivated to work through them
- Able to look beyond the current methodologies and come up with your own solutions
- Experience within an Agile software development lifecycle
- Open to feedback and welcome new ideas
- Excellent communication skills and are fluent in English
- Nice to have: a basic understanding of some programming languages
- Nice to have: at least completed a program in visual design, interaction design or a related field

Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
